Mod Spotlight:
How this mod functions:
- You can find two major blocks added, the lighting bridge and doorway. The bridge blocks can only just be positioned on block sides, and the doorways on the ceiling. As soon as a redstone transmission has been put on the block, the block fires out lighting blocks for 50 blocks until it meets another block apart from air.
- As soon as redstone has been take off to the prevent, the blocks will retract its lighting blocks and go back to its deactivated condition. Simple as that! Along the lighting bridges and the elevation of the light doorways is completely configurable! (Max 100 for the video games sake)
- The gravity lift however is a totally new feature. Its objective is pretty apparent, it lifts you in the atmosphere. There is a recently additional GUI for the grav raise so that you can manually fixed the height that it propels you. (Caution! Bug! For reasons uknown, the custom set elevation of a grav raise does not conserve and resets once you quit and log back, currently focusing on this).
- Furthermore, there is a freshly additional block in the most recent update, a lighting rail! Simply the same function as light bridges, but also for rails, so today you can have an instantaneous rail bridge for the minecarts. Behaviour is fairly exactly the same to the bridges and doorways, they are able to only extend for 50 blocks (configurable), but because of the fact that vanilla rails absence certain metadata, the lighting rail extends in both instructions once a redstone transmission has been put on it. Idea supplied by jimzks.
