HeartDrops Mod 1.12.2 adds into a game four different unique heart items that can be dropped upon killing a mob. If you’re running low on health and couldn’t really find any potions nor foods around, you can count on HeartDrops and become a slaughterer to these innocent mobs for health generation. This is extra helpful during combat as you couldn’t take a break in a fight. HeartDrops doesn’t really alternate your standard game too much yet successfully implements into it an elementary and fun feature. It’s something that you would definitely find useful if you’re a die-hard vanilla fan.

HeartDrops Mod 1.12.2 (Standard Gameplay, Health Generation, Combat)
