Functions:

• 33 Bells have already been put into Minecraft
• 5 Tier system where in fact the lower-tiered bells are accustomed to craft the higher-tiered types
• 8 Bells (Tier 0) are usually purely Decorative as the increased tiers add potion results to gamers when struck
